The odds of being selected as our scholarship winner will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Scholarship recipients will be selected based on the quality of their entry, not at random.
By submitting a scholarship entry, candidates agree that all decisions concerning the recipients shall be final and binding. Based upon the quality of submissions, our firm reserves the right to award one or multiple scholarships.
The recipient of the Ward Law Group Scholarship will receive $1,000 towards tuition at any secondary school of their choice (universities, colleges, or vocational schools). Payment will be made directly to the institution upon proof of enrollment.
Limitations and Liability
Submitting a scholarship entry signifies that the entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless all coordinators of the scholarship program (including, but not limited to, the employees of the Ward Law Group, PLLC and anyone else involved in the organization of the scholarship) from any legal claim resulting from participation in the scholarship program. Additionally, the entrant agrees to release and waive any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, and damages that are incurred from involvement in the scholarship program.
Failure to submit a complete application will result in immediate disqualification. Any applications received before the application acceptance date or after the application deadline will also be disqualified.
